Happy to Help with Returns and Exchanges: Got a change of heart? No problem! We’re here to help you with returns or exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date. Just drop us a line with your name, order number, and a little bit about why you’re returning the item, and we’ll walk you through the process with a smile!

A Few Notes on What Can Be Returned:

  • Items must be purchased directly from PeckPerk.
  • Make sure all the original packaging and accessories are there.
  • We can’t take back anything that’s been damaged or has natural wear and tear.
  • Items with a warranty longer than 30 days are also a no-go for returns.

Received Something Not Quite Right? Oops! If something slipped through and you received a damaged product, snap a quick pic and send it to [info@peckperk.com]. We’ll hustle to get you a replacement and sort out the return of the damaged item to prevent future hiccups.

Easy Return Steps:

  1. Reach Out: Let’s chat! Email us at [support@peckperk.com] with your return details and some photos if you have them.
  2. Label and Instructions: We’ll send you a return shipping label along with simple instructions.
  3. Send It Back: Pack up the item just how you received it, slap on the label, and send it our way. Tracking the package? Share the number with us to speed things up.
  4. Get Your Refund: As soon as we get your item back and check that everything’s in order, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method, which should appear in your account within 10-15 business days.

Covering Return Shipping:

  • We’ve got you covered with free return shipping if there’s a quality issue.
  • If the return doesn’t fit our criteria, there’ll be a small fee for shipping it back.

Change Your Mind?

  • Totally fine! You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours.
  • Missed that window? There’s a small 5% cancellation fee.
  • If your order’s already on its way, we’ll handle it as a standard return.
