Cheerful Shipping in the USA and Canada:

Good news! If you’re shopping from the USA, shipping is absolutely free! We have local warehouses in both countries, which means we get your orders to you faster. Most packages in the U.S. zip across to you within 4 days, and we’re quick in Canada too. Sometimes, certain items or colors might not be in stock locally. If we need to ship these from another warehouse, there’s a $50 fee to handle the extra logistics—just so you know!

Global Shipping for Everyone Else:

Hello to our friends around the world! If you’re outside the USA and Canada, we’re excited to ship to you too. We offer international shipping to all other countries with a flat rate of $50. We use fast and reliable air freight to ensure that your items arrive on time and in perfect condition, no matter where you are.

Tracking Your Order:

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. Didn’t get the email? Track number playing hide and seek? Just give us a shout at info@peckperk.com, and we’ll help track it down for you. Our customer service team is here to make sure everything goes smoothly.

We strive to meet our delivery times, but sometimes, delays can happen (especially with international shipping). These can be due to customs processes or other unforeseen circumstances. We ship internationally on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning all taxes and duties are included in your purchase price. What you see is what you pay, without any unexpected fees at your doorstep.
